Refund policy
We DO NOT accept returns for custom or personalized items.
Wedding Items ARE NOT returnable or exchangeable.
Seasonal items ARE NOT returnable (e.g. All Holidays, Mardi Gras, Game Day).
Sale items ARE FINAL SALE.
Returns/Exchanges
Please contact us to see if your item is returnable or exchangeable beforehand.
To return any item(s), email us within 5 days of receiving your item. After 7 days of receiving your item, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. You must ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (once your return is accepted by a team member)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
For any returns processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your return payment to be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at valoisdesigns@gmail.com .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit. Store credit must be used within 7 days. Shipping costs will apply.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for a return shipping address at valoisdesigns@gmail.com
Buyer will be responsible for returned shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
